anymap/netsuite Install on Shopify

erp_source: NetSuite → shopify_target: catalog, inventory, price

Sync NetSuite to Shopify —
safely.

AnyMap moves inventory, prices, products, and catalog publication from NetSuite into Shopify — one-way, with a full safety net so nothing writes until you've seen it first.

option 01 — templated connectors

Cheap — until your ERP isn't on the list. Custom, in-house, or niche systems simply aren't supported.

option 02 — iPaaS / custom dev

Powerful — and overbuilt. ~$300/mo platform fees, plus roughly $5k in setup, for a job that's really just catalog sync.

the missing middle

AnyMap connects any ERP, no matter how obscure — without the price tag or timeline of a custom build.

The safety net

five checks, run before every sync

01

Dry-run preview

See every create, update, and price change before anything writes to Shopify.

02

No-duplicate dedup

Match-before-create logic finds existing products first — no duplicate SKUs, ever.

03

Anomaly guardrails

Mass-zeroed inventory and sudden price spikes are held for review, automatically.

04

Audit log

Every field change, on every sync, attributed and timestamped — always exportable.

05

One-click rollback

Any sync can be reversed in one click, restoring the prior state on Shopify.

How it works

  1. step 1

    Send your NetSuite export

    POST JSON or CSV export

  2. step 2

    Start from the NetSuite template

Clone the built-in NetSuite mapping, adjust any column that differs, then review the dry-run.

  3. step 3

    Sync live, reversibly

Approve the run. Roll it back in one click if anything looks wrong.

Map your own ERP in minutes — no code required.

Point any export — JSON, CSV, XML, a flat file from a 20-year-old system — at AnyMap's visual builder and match fields to Shopify yourself. Nine no-code transform primitives cover ~90% of ERP shapes, no scripting. Rather not? Our team will build your mapping template and hand it over.

Questions

Is there a ready-made NetSuite template?+

Yes. AnyMap ships a built-in NetSuite template covering SKU, barcode, title, price, and stock. You clone it, check the dry-run against your own export, and adjust any column that differs from the default — most merchants change nothing.

Does AnyMap write back to NetSuite?+

No. AnyMap is one-way, from NetSuite into Shopify. It never modifies your ERP data, so there's no risk to your source of truth.

What if NetSuite exports don't match Shopify's structure?+

You map fields once during setup — including variants, options, and locations — and every future sync uses the same mapping. Custom formats are supported on the Custom ERP plan.

What actually happens during a dry-run?+

Every create, update, and inventory change is computed and shown to you — nothing is written to Shopify until you approve it.

Can I really undo a sync?+

Yes. Every sync is logged with its prior state, so a one-click rollback restores exactly what changed — no manual cleanup.

How is this different from a Shopify iPaaS integration?+

iPaaS tools are powerful but priced and built for generic automation — usually $300/mo plus thousands in setup. AnyMap is purpose-built for one job: safe catalog sync, at a fraction of the cost.
